Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
